The Challenge

GEO Holdings needed to:  

  • Manage accurate and consistent online listings for approximately 2,000 stores across Japan.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews in real-time.
  • Increase foot traffic to physical stores through improved online visibility.
  • Streamline digital marketing efforts to boost customer engagement and drive sales.

Partnering with Recovery

Recovery Ltd., the reseller partner of Uberall in Japan, collaborated closely with GEO Holdings to address their location marketing challenges. They implemented Uberall’s robust location marketing platform to provide a comprehensive solution for managing GEO Holdings' extensive network of stores.

The Implementation Process

GEO Holdings simply provided their Google Business Profile (GBP) data to Recovery, who seamlessly integrated it into Uberall’s platform. With this smooth transition, Uberall effortlessly pushed accurate information across all of GEO Holdings’ listings to Uberall’s publisher network available in Japan.  

Uberall's platform offered:

Listings Management: Accurate and automated listings across multiple platforms, making it easy for customers to find GEO Holdings' stores. This increased visibility leads to more foot traffic and higher in-store sales.

Review Management: Real-time monitoring and response to customer reviews, enhancing customer satisfaction and improving the brand's reputation. By promptly addressing feedback, GEO Holdings strengthens customer loyalty and increases repeat business, driving long-term revenue growth.

Local Social Pages: Management of store information such as business hours, product changes, and promotions. This streamlined communication keeps customers informed and engaged, translating into higher sales from successful promotions.
