We are an AI-first organisation and we think there are lots of benefits associated with AI, but we have a human approach to hiring. At every stage there is a person reviewing and making decisions to ensure we're able to bring the best people to Uberall.
When Interviewing
If you’re considering using AI tools to complete a task, think about what AI tools you’d be using in the role day to day. We want people with an AI mindset and AI fluency. Be open and be prepared to show us if/how you used AI to complete the task more effectively. We value AI-fluency and curiosity if you follow the principle of using AI to support and not replace your own work then you’re doing it right.
