Uberall and Yelp Form Enterprise Partnership
Uberall is excited to announce that we have partnered with Yelp to help multi-location brands manage their Branded Profiles as an integrated part of the Uberallsolution. Multi-location brands with hundreds or thousands of business locations now have a digital representation for each business location on Yelp, Map Applications, Social Networks, other Review Sites, and the brand's own website. Managing these assets in a consistent and scalable way requires a marketing platform that serves as a system of record for location information, review management, and reporting.

Accurate Business Location Data: Uberall serves as the system of record for the information that uniquely defines each business location, automatically updating address, hours of operation, phone numbers, product categories, etc. across networks.
Centralized Reviews: Uberall organizes reviews by location or region across Yelp, Google, and Facebook so that they can be easily accessed from a single screen.
Consolidated Reporting: Consumer engagement can be viewed from a corporate, regional/franchisee group or location level to understand overall and individual location performance. Customer engagement practices resulting in excellent click-to-call, click-for-directions, and click-to-website results can be pinpointed and applied across all locations.
Location Groups and Approvals: Locations can be grouped by franchisee, region, and product availability to harness the knowledge of individual location managers or franchise group owners to deliver localized consumer engagement while preserving brand identity and integrity through workflow and approvals.
