Organic, natural supermarket chain BIO COMPANY risked losing customers who were nearby and looking for them in branded (BIO Company near me now) and unbranded “organic groceries near me” local searches.

The Challenge

The whole food grocer was successfully fueling its loyal customers with the local, organic brands they loved. But online, the retailer needed a clear and easy-to-use store locator for each of its 58 brick-and-mortar locations across Berlin and Brandenburg, Germany. With this goal in mind, BIO COMPANY turned to Uberall to elevate its position on the search results page, ultimately ensuring online interactions at the search, discovery and engagement stage were turning into offline sales.

The Solution

Uberall created a plug-and-play widget to integrate the information into BIO COMPANY’s website, creating individual store pages on the company’s domain. This meant each store’s had its own unique location page, optimised for mobile search, ensuring each location would be indexed by Google and other search engines. All 58 BIO COMPANY store locations now rank as individual search results, leaving no room for competitor stores when consumers do those all important ‘near-me’ searches.
