As the SaaS Products of Uberall provide different functionalities, the types of Personal Data and categories of Data Subjects of the Processings on behalf of Partner can depend on the SaaS Products agreed upon in the Agreement. The following types of Personal Data of the following Data Subject are processed on behalf of Partner regardless of which specific Saas Products or other services are agreed upon in the Agreement.

  • Any data subject whose personal data is subject to the agreed Integration / Connection for which Uberall Connect is utilised

To the extent that any other data than set forth above is being processed for the SaaS Product Insights & Analytics, such data shall only be fully aggregated and anonymised data. Uberall is the Controller to any such anonymisation processing.
