Goal #1: Centralized Management via Dashboard

Tempton needed a solution that could seamlessly handle the intricacies of personnel services offered or available across multiple locations. Uberall's dashboard emerged as the ideal tool to streamline operations and ensure consistency across their 200+ locations, 40 of which newly opened in 2023.

Uberall's reputation management system provided Tempton with a structured approach to monitor and respond to reviews across specialized channels. In 2023 alone, 422 reviews were answered automatically using Review Assistant, out of a total 2003 reviews responded to YTD.

In 2023, their incoming reviews rose by +34% thanks to their review acquisition efforts and strong brand presence in response to reviews.

Goal #2: Control of Data on the Internet

Tempton set out to improve consistency in their NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data and an unwavering corporate design. Using the Uberall solution, Tempton was able to craft a unified online presence tailored to the nuances of the personnel services industry. With Uberall, they managed to eliminate more than 600 false duplicates of their business listings scattered across various directories.
