As a Customer Operations Manager – French Market (m/f/d), you are in direct contact with our international customers and resellers. You provide our partners with important product information on our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS) and provide support with technical or other questions concerning our product. You are responsible for the technical implementation of our customers and accompany them at the highest level through the first application steps with our product. Not only the customer contact will be important in this position, but also the coordination especially with our enterprise sales team and the customer success team.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You take care of our partners and, through active communication with our enterprise customers and resellers, ensure that the full potential of our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS) Solution can be exhausted
  • You will be responsible for describing and escalating bugs through the appropriate internal channels
  • You handle complex implementation processes with the utmost of care, keeping a close eye on the specified KPIs
  • In collaboration with the Senior Customer Operations Manager as well as the Customer Success team, you accompany our customers through the different stages of escalation management
  • You work out the "best practice solutions" and create guides for internal and external use
  • You are very familiar with our service processes and you also support the Senior Customer Operations Managers in their efforts to constantly develop and improve these internally and externally

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training / study and first relevant professional experience at a B2B software company in relation to a product requiring explanation, preferably in the areas of online marketing, e-commerce or IT
  • The customer needs are very important to you and you will be able to offer a truly service-oriented approach
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with new and technically complex issues, prioritize them and organize yourself
  • Ideally, you already worked with the ticket system in the past for example Jira and you already bring knowledge with a CRM system. Salesforce does not trouble you.
  • You are open for new ideas and approaches, you have excellent communication skills and you are familiar with fast implementation of solutions
  • You are fluent in French
  • You speak German or English at business proficiency
  • A nice plus would be fluent Italian language skills

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / Studium und erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung (B2B) im Bezug zu einem erklärungsbedürftigen Produkt, sehr gerne in den Bereichen Online Marketing, SaaS, E-Commerce oder IT
  • Die Kundenbedürfnisse liegen Dir am Herzen und Du legst in diesem Zuge eine wahrhaftige Dienstleistungsmentalität an den Tag

They need to have individual listings for the locations of their stores, branches, outlets, and agents, with accurate information about what they offer, how they are rated by customers, and how customers can find them.

And they need to have the information available, and consistent, on every search engine, social media platform, digital map, and directory, that a potential customer may look at.

Uberall helps companies like Saint-Gobain, Volvo, Lufthansa, myToys and hundreds more, to be visible to potential consumers across more than 50 search engines (Google, Bing…), digital maps (Google Maps, Apple Maps, in-car Navigation Systems…), social media platforms (Facebook, Foursquare…), and directories (Yell, Yelp…). Your responsibilities:

  • You will build, lead, inspire and develop Uberall’s digital marketing team
  • You establish goals, set, track and report on measurable marketing KPIs as well as your budget, and objectively evaluate your team’s achievement
  • You will define, plan and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for Uberall, with the overarching goal to drive more traffic to our website and converting it to quality leads
  • You design integrated marketing campaigns (web, SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising) and you own the process from planning to execution
  • You work closely with Enterprise and Partnership marketing teams to strategize, execute, improve and analyze campaigns
  • You continuously conduct A/B testing to improve your campaign performance
  • You continuously develop and optimize our website presence as well as other web properties, including improvements of usability, design, content and conversion
  • You are responsible for the whole digital life cycle of our leads, from lead generation, nurturing, to closing
  • You design and maintain strategic and tactical dashboards across the entire customer journey for effective and data-based communication with all stakeholders
  • You work closely with other divisions and ensure proper training of used tools across all stakeholders (i.e. Google Analytics, Pardot, Website CMS, Salesforce, etc) as needed

 

Your profile:

  • You are a graduate, ideally with a degree in Marketing or another related field  
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and a proven competence in Advertising and Marketing Automation
  • You have experience in SaaS and/or B2B Marketing and built demand generation in a highly competitive environment
  • You are very familiar with marketing automation technologies and are the go-to person when it comes to SEO/SEM and Google Analytics, a good knowledge of HTML coding would be an asset

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of our global partner marketing strategy and activities in collaboration with the Marketing & Strategic Partnerships teams (Partner Growth and Partner Acquisition)

Die Welt der Suche wird immer mobiler. Besonders Konsumenten, die auf der Suche nach etwas Bestimmtem sind, wollen nicht nur wissen, was verfügbar ist, sondern auch wo in ihrer Nähe es verfügbar ist.

Für Unternehmen bedeutet das, nur ein Internetauftritt reicht nicht aus. Sie benötigen einzelne Listings für jede ihrer Locations mit präzisen Angaben bezüglich Angebot, Kundenbewertungen und allgemeinen Informationen wie Standort oder Öffnungszeiten.

Diese Informationen müssen über alle Suchmaschinen, Social Media Plattformen, Digitalen Karten und Verzeichnisse hinweg konsistent und verfügbar sein, sodass potenzielle Kunden darauf Zugriff haben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Solution Engineer bist du hauptverantwortlich dafür, potentiellen Kunden unsere Uberall Lösung zu demonstrieren und sie bei der Erstellung eines Business Case zu unterstützen, welches die Investition in Uberall begründet
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Account Managern, die den Sales Prozess leiten, zusammen und baust Beziehungen zu den Digital-Marketing- und IT-Teams der potenziellen Kunden auf
  • Nachdem Du dem Kunden Uberalls Produkt näher gebracht hast, ist es Deine Aufgabe, ihm seinen individuellen durch Uberall generierten Mehrwert zu erklären
  • Als Solution Engineer repräsentierst Du Uberall auch bei Marketing Events und Kongressen, indem Du unsere Location Marketing Lösung an Interessierte vermittelst
  • Du arbeitest auch mit unseren Partnern und Resellern zusammen, um ihnen beim Vertrieb der Uberall Lösung behilflich zu sein

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise in einem wirtschaftlichen, Marketing-relevanten oder technischen Studiengang. Ein MBA oder anderer Masterabschluss ist hierbei wünschenswert
  • Du hast ein ausgezeichnetes Verständnis von Digital Marketing, SEO und SEM, das du Dir während Deiner bisherigen Tätigkeiten in einer Agentur oder im in-house-Bereich eines Unternehmens angeeignet hast. Du solltest auf mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung zurückgreifen können

For businesses that means that having a single corporate website is far from good enough. They need to have individual listings for the locations of their stores, branches, outlets, and agents, with accurate information about what they offer, how they are rated by customers, and how customers can find them.

And they need to have the information available, and consistent, on every search engine, social media platform, digital map, and directory, that a potential customer may look at. 

Uberall helps companies like Saint-Gobain, Volvo, Lufthansa, myToys and hundreds more, to be visible to potential consumers across more than 50 search engines (Google, Bing…), digital maps (Google Maps, Apple Maps, in-car Navigation Systems…), social media platforms (Facebook, Foursquare…), and directories (Yell, Yelp…). In total we handle 1 million individual locations across more than 100 different platforms. We are working with increasing numbers of large companies to help them understand the importance of location marketing, and what it could mean for their digital strategy.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Solution Engineers take the lead in working with prospective customers to demonstrate the Uberall solutions, and build a business case to support investment in them.
  • Working with Account Directors who lead the sales process, Solution Engineers form relationships with the digital marketing leaders and IT teams of the prospect.
  • After initially helping the customer understand the Uberall proposition and products, they work collaboratively with the customer to identify the specific benefits that Uberall will bring to their business, by understanding the metrics of the existing digital marketing campaigns, and how these can be improved using Uberall solutions.
  • Solution Engineers also represent the Uberall brand and solutions at marketing events and seminar, speaking about location marketing and Uberall’s proposition on stage, on a stand, or with interested individuals who attend.
  • Where relevant, Solution Engineers also work with Uberall partners who resell the solutions, to help educate them on how best to position, demonstrate, and talk about Uberall solutions.
  • Internally, Solution Engineers work with Customer Success to feedback what prospects and customers are saying about our solutions to the Product Management team, to ensure that Uberall solutions develop the capabilities that are required in the market.
  • Solution Engineer’s also work with the Sales & Marketing leadership to develop relevant campaigns to position the Uberall solutions in the market, and to generate leads for Sales teams to follow up.
  • Solution Engineers work with the Sales Operations team to craft responses to the Solution sections of RFI’s and RFP’s when required.

  

Your profile:

  • You are a graduate, ideally with a degree in a business, marketing, or technical discipline. An MBA or post-graduate degree in a relevant subject is preferred.
  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM, developed via roles working on developing digital strategies for a brand in-house, or at an agency, or whilst working as a supplier of other digital marketing technologies. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of these types of organisation.
  • You are comfortable presenting to C-Level audiences, as an expert on your topic, and engaging in debate about the merits of different digital marketing strategies.
  • Due to your business model knowledge you can guide the customers’ business strategy, and digital marketing initiatives, in order to help the customer build a business case justifying their investment in Uberall solutions.
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and are confident and passionate when explaining concepts and ideas to customers.

As Head of Business Development & Inside Sales (m/f/d) you head our Business Development Teams for the DACH, UK and French markets. You report to our Chief Revenue Officer and your mission will be to lead the SDR teams to achieve their targets and creating and developing strong relationships with the sales organisation in each region. Together with our CRO and Marketing team, you will develop and manage the process through which we turn marketing interest into qualified sales opportunities. Your success will principally be measured by the number of appointments your Business Development reps create for the sales team. If you like getting things done, this is the place for you. Your responsibilities

  • You are in charge of structuring and leading our Sales Development Teams (currently around 15 employees) and ensure their professional and personal development
  • Working with Sales and Marketing Leaders you help to define specific campaigns that reflect the different marketing lead sources we have, the different solutions we sell, and the likely interests of the customer. Each campaign of calls and emails can be tracked and compared to other campaigns to help identify the most successful ways of converting leads into appointments.
  • You have experience of working with Sales Automation tools like Outreach or Yesware, as well as with commonly used systems like SalesLoft and Salesforce.com
  • You define and implement relevant KPIs based on your profound experience and set realistic and motivating quantitative goals for your teams
  • In collaboration with your team you evaluate the goals you set. Through regularly scheduled feedback talks, incentives and other motivating measures you ensure that your team always knows what it is working towards
  • You are responsible for regular sales reports and analyses. Based on those reports you can deduce recommended procedures and transfer them into our daily business

Your profile

  • You are able to look back on 5+ years of relevant experience in sales development, ideally with personal successful experience working as a Business Development rep to set appointments for a field sales team, as well as relevant experience in a leadership role (at least 2 years)

As Enterprise Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling our innovative Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS) to major customers across all industries in the U.K. You will be a member of the Enterprise Sales Team, which is a collaborative and supportive environment, located our offices overlooking Tower Bridge.

 

 Your responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new enterprise customers in the U.K. across multiple industry verticals including retail, hospitality, automotive and finance.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process of Uberall’s Location Marketing Cloud including coordinating internal resources such as Sales Engineers, Value Engineers and Business Development Reps (who create appointments for you)
  • Management of complex sales cycles and contract negotiations with decision-makers and key C-level executives.

  • Du bist mit JVM-basierten Technologien wie Java, Groovy, Grails, Spring Boot, Scala etc. vertraut und konntest in Deiner bisherigen Karriere intensive Erfahrungen in einer hoch skalierbaren Backend Umgebung sammeln
  • Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken wie MySQL und nachweisbare Expertise im Bereich der Webtechnologien mit
  • Die Entwicklung für eine Cloud-Infrastruktur (AWS) ist für Dich nichts Neues, ebenso wie das Arbeiten in einem agilen Entwicklungsumfeld (Scrum / Kanban)
  • In der Vergangenheit konntest Du ebenso Erfahrung im Bereich der Softwarearchitektur sammeln und hast idealerweise auch Erfahrungen mit Continuous Delivery, DevOps, NoSQL (Redis), Ansible, Apache Tomcat, Big Data, Machine Learning, ElasticSearch, Amazon Web Services etc.
  • Du bist in der Lage, Prozesse schnell zu erfassen und konstruktive Verbesserungsvorschläge anzubringen, des Weiteren macht es Dir Spaß in einem kreativen und multikulturellen Team zu arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsfähige Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

As Backend Engineer / Developer (m/f/d) you will be working on our online-presence-management software (SaaS) and be a part of a highly skilled agile team. As a collaborative team member you will have a voice in our daily stand ups that will be listened to and helps us to provide the best solution to our partners and clients.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in full life-cycle software development of our innovative and unique cloud solution for online-presence-management
  • Maintain and improve our web API that our customers use every day to manage anywhere from 50 to 10’s of thousands of business listings with focus on quality and scalability
  • Implement services that connect to APIs from our partner directories
  • Develop Grails plugins and enhance our DevOps environment
  • Build extensible widgets, pushing for the simplest integration of our latest functionality
  • Contribute ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement proactively
  • Write test specifications to make sure that our code is working on a high quality

 

Your profile:

  • Proven programming experience with Java, ideally you already have some expertise in Groovy or Java
  • Professional skills with relational database systems like MySQL and expertise of web technologies
  • Knowledge in working with Grails, Hibernate and/or Spring is an advantage
  • Experience of scalable software architectures and modern tools
  • Knowledge of Agile-Development (Scrum or Kanban)
  • You love to “play” with server technologies, databases and web services
  • Come up with ideas and like working in a creative and multicultural team
  • Fluent in English
