Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist ein Visionär und weißt dieses Vermögen gewinnbringend für unsere Kunden einzusetzen. Außerdem macht es Dir Spaß, Deine Vision mit anderen Abteilungen zu teilen, zu diskutieren und zu positionieren und daraus in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT nachhaltige, optimierte oder neue Produktfeatures zu entwickeln. Diesen Prozess begleitest Du beharrlich und mit Überzeugung bis zum Ende
  • Du erarbeitest, definierst und implementierst Standards für die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer abteilungsinternen, wie –übergreifenden Prozesse
  • Du identifizierst branchenspezifische Erfolgsstrategien, Herangehensweisen und Aktionspläne und verbesserst dadurch kontinuierlich die Prozesse und Performance der Abteilung
  • Du verantwortest die strategische Positionierung und Implementierung unseres Produktes beim Kunden
  • Du identifizierst kundenindividuelle Zielstellungen und Wünsche und erarbeitest, darauf basierend, kundenspezifische optimale Lösungen zur Nutzung und Anwendung unseres Produktes
  • Du bist stets nah am Kunden, identifizierst fortwährend individuelle Optimierungspotentiale, erarbeitest Konzepte für deren Umsetzung und implementierst diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden
  • Du bist stets einen Schritt weiter als der Kunde, kennst seine Performance KPIs, antizipierst seinen nächsten Schritt, sprichst seinen Wunsch aus bevor er ihn kennt, bist steter Begleiter und erster Ansprechpartner in allen Belangen
  • Du bist erster Problemlöser, begleitest unsere Kunden, lässt sie in unterschiedlichen Eskalationsstufen nie alleine und definierst mit ihnen Maßnahmen und Lösungsvorschläge. Dir ist es wichtig, eine Fragestellung für den Kunden nachhaltig und optimal zu lösen
  • Du bist abends zufrieden, wenn Du es geschafft hast, unseren Kunden zu helfen, unser Produkt profitabilitätsmaximierend zu nutzen und anzuwenden

 

Dein Profil:

  • Akademischer Abschluss, bevorzugt mit Wirtschafts- oder IT-nahem Schwerpunkt, aber auch andere Studiengänge sind möglich
  • Mindestens drei- bis fünfjährige Berufserfahrung in Beratung, (Key) Account Management, Vertrieb oder vergleichbarer Rolle mit intensivem Kundenkontakt auf Entscheider-Ebene bei Enterprise-Kunden
  • Idealerweise Software und/ oder Start-Up Background (Software Technology, SaaS, Cloud-Services o.ä.)
  • Du bist sehr analytisch, technik-affin, besitzt sehr gute Excel-Skills und idealerweise SEO Kenntnisse
  • Du verstehst das Ökosystem und die Belange Deiner Kunden, kannst daraus Servicestrategien ableiten und Prozesse aufsetzen
  • Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert und vorausschauend, verlierst nicht den Überblick, bist aufmerksam und lässt Dich durch nichts aus der Ruhe bringen
  • Du kannst zielgerichtet priorisieren und bleibst dabei dennoch flexibel
  • Neben einem ausgeprägten Servicegedanken verfügst du in hohem Maße über kommunikatives Geschick, Verkaufstalent, hohe Beratungskompetenz und innovatives unternehmerisches Denken
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise noch eine weitere Fremdsprache

You provide our partners with important product information on our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS) and provide support with technical or other questions concerning our product. You are responsible for the technical implementation of our customers and accompany them at the highest level through the first application steps with our product. Als Junior Customer Operations Manager (m/w/d) stehst Du in direktem Kontakt zu unseren internationalen Kunden und Resellern.   • Komplexen Implementierungsprozesse nimmst Du Dich mit der höchsten Gewissenhaftigkeit an und behältst dabei die vorgegebenen KPIs im Auge
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Customer Operations Manager und dem Customer Success Team begleitest Du unsere Kunden durch die unterschiedlichen Stufen des Eskalationsmanagements.
  • Du erarbeitest “best practice Lösungen” und erstellst Leitfäden für den internen sowie externen Gebrauch
  • Du bist mit unseren Service-Prozessen bestens vertraut und unterstützt die Senior Customer Operations Manager dabei, diese kontinuierlich im Hinblick auf den Kunden weiterzuentwickeln und zu verbessern.

 

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / Studium und erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung (B2B) im Bezug zu einem erklärungsbedürftigen Produkt, sehr gerne in den Bereichen Online Marketing, SaaS, E-Commerce oder IT
  • Die Kundenbedürfnisse liegen Dir am Herzen und Du legst in diesem Zuge eine wahrhaftige Dienstleistungsmentalität an den Tag
  • Du bist in der Lage, Dich schnell in neue und technisch komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten, weißt zu priorisieren und Dich selbst zu organisieren
  • Idealerweise hattest Du bereits in der Vergangenheit mit einem Ticket-System z.B. Jira zu tun und auch der Umgang mit einem CRM-System z.B. Salesforce bereitet Dir keine Schwierigkeiten

In this position, you will support the smooth running of all processes of the department and report directly to the Head of Accounting.

 

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for our daily and monthly financial activities and fiscal record-keeping according to monthly and yearly close schedules together with the Head of Accounting
  • You will analyze various financial transfers/ processes to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly and yearly basis
  • You proactively assist in optimizing our in-department processes, such as the dunning process and international receivables management
  • You are going to manage and reconcile the deferred revenue reporting as well as being responsible for the preparation of monthly account reconciliations
  • You will assist controlling with the analysis of financial statements (monthly and on annual basis), accompany financial and tax audits as well as supporting our tax bureau with preparing tax returns, etc.

  • You will support internal departments - especially Sales, Customer Operations and Strategic Partnerships will be in direct contact with you regarding customer and partner requests  
  • You work closely with our BI teams in Berlin and Amsterdam to provide data and analysis to facilitate business decisions and evaluations (ad hoc analysis, accounting, and sales reports, etc.)

 

Your profile:

  • You also have at least five years of relevant professional experience as an accountant or in a comparable position, additionally a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
  • The handling of the entire accounting cycle has gone into your DNA and you could already gain experience with popular accounting software (DATEV, Quickbooks, Netsuite, Exakt, etc.) and you are familiar with the implementation of certain tools such as Lucanet, ERP systems, and very deep knowledge of Excel.
  • You have advanced knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and experience with international accounting standards e.g. IFRS
  • You are a self-starter - the ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives, you know when to ask and when to decide, you own processes and tasks and always bring things to an end

And they need to have the information available, and consistent, on every search engine, social media platform, digital map, and directory, that a potential customer may look at.

In total, we handle 1 million individual locations across more than 100 different platforms. We are working with increasing numbers of large companies to help them understand the importance of location marketing, and what it could mean for their digital strategy.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Solution Engineers take the lead in working with prospective customers to demonstrate the Uberall solutions, and build a business case to support investment in them
  • Solution Engineers form relationships with the digital marketing leaders and IT teams of the prospect
  • After initially helping the customer understand the Uberall proposition and products, they work collaboratively with the customer to identify the specific benefits that Uberall will bring to their business, by understanding the metrics of the existing digital marketing campaigns, and how these can be improved using Uberall solutions
  • Solution Engineers also represent the Uberall brand and solutions at marketing events and seminar
  • Where relevant, Solution Engineers also work with Uberall partners who resell the solutions, to help educate them on how best to position, demonstrate, and talk about Uberall solutions
  • Internally, Solution Engineers work with Customer Success to feedback what prospects and customers are saying about our solutions to the Product Management team, to ensure that Uberall solutions develop the capabilities that are required in the market

Your profile: 

  • You are a graduate, ideally with a degree in a business, marketing, or technical discipline An MBA or post-graduate degree in a relevant subject is preferred
  • You have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM, developed via roles working on developing digital strategies for a brand in-house, or at an agency, or whilst working as a supplier of other digital marketing technologies. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of these types of organisation
  • You are comfortable presenting to C-Level audiences, as an expert on your topic, and engaging in debate about the merits of different digital marketing strategies
  • Due to your business model knowledge you can guide the customers’ business strategy, and digital marketing initiatives, in order to help the customer build a business case justifying their investment in Uberall solutions
  • You are self-motivated and able to work autonomously to find solutions to complex problems
