As a Senior Customer Operations Manager – French Market (m/f/d), you are in direct contact with our international customers and resellers. You provide our partners with important product information on our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS) and provide support with technical or other questions concerning our product. You are responsible for the technical implementation of our customers and accompany them at the highest level through the first application steps with our product. Not only the customer contact will be important in this position, but also the coordination especially with our enterprise sales team and the customer success team. The position is based in our Paris office. It requires a one to two months stay in Berlin at the beginning. Relocation to Berlin is a further option. 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You take care of our partners and, through active communication with our enterprise customers and resellers, ensure that the full potential of our Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS) Solution can be exhausted
  • You will be responsible for describing and escalating bugs through the appropriate internal channels
  • You handle complex implementation processes with the utmost of care, keeping a close eye on the specified KPIs
  • In collaboration with the Senior Customer Operations Manager as well as the Customer Success team, you accompany our customers through the different stages of escalation management
  • You work out the "best practice solutions" and create guides for internal and external use
  • You are very familiar with our service processes and you also support the Senior Customer Operations Managers in their efforts to constantly develop and improve these internally and externally

 

Your profile:

  • Relevant professional experience at a B2B software company in relation to a product requiring explanation, preferably in the areas of online marketing, e-commerce or IT
  • The customer needs are very important to you and you will be able to offer a truly service-oriented approach
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with new and technically complex issues, prioritize them and organize yourself
  • Ideally, you already worked with the ticket system in the past for example Jira and you already bring knowledge with a CRM system. Salesforce does not trouble you.
  • You are open for new ideas and approaches, you have excellent communication skills and you are familiar with fast implementation of solutions
  • You are fluent in French
  • You speak English at business proficiency
  • A nice plus would be fluent Italian language skills

Dein Profil:

  • Akademischer Abschluss, bevorzugt mit Wirtschafts- oder IT-nahem Schwerpunkt, aber auch andere Studiengänge sind möglich
  • Mindestens drei- bis fünfjährige Berufserfahrung in Beratung, (Key) Account Management, Vertrieb oder vergleichbarer Rolle mit intensivem Kundenkontakt auf Entscheider-Ebene bei Enterprise-Kunden
  • Idealerweise Software und/ oder Start-Up Background (Software Technology, SaaS, Cloud-Services o.ä.)
  • Du bist sehr analytisch, technik-affin, besitzt sehr gute Excel-Skills und idealerweise SEO Kenntnisse
  • Du verstehst das Ökosystem und die Belange Deiner Kunden, kannst daraus Servicestrategien ableiten und Prozesse aufsetzen

Als Junior Customer Operations Manager (m/w/d) stehst Du in direktem Kontakt zu unseren internationalen Kunden und Resellern. Deine Aufgaben:                                                        

  • Du betreust unsere Partner und stellst durch aktive Kommunikation mit unseren Enterprise Kunden und Resellern sicher, dass das volle Potential aus der Nutzung unserer Location Marketing Cloud (SaaS) Solution ausgeschöpft werden kann
  • Komplexen Implementierungsprozesse nimmst Du Dich mit der höchsten Gewissenhaftigkeit an und behältst dabei die vorgegebenen KPIs im Auge
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Customer Operations Manager und dem Customer Success Team begleitest Du unsere Kunden durch die unterschiedlichen Stufen des Eskalationsmanagements.
  • Du erarbeitest “best practice Lösungen” und erstellst Leitfäden für den internen sowie externen Gebrauch

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung / Studium und erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung (B2B) im Bezug zu einem erklärungsbedürftigen Produkt, sehr gerne in den Bereichen Online Marketing, SaaS, E-Commerce oder IT
  • Die Kundenbedürfnisse liegen Dir am Herzen und Du legst in diesem Zuge eine wahrhaftige Dienstleistungsmentalität an den Tag
  • Du bist in der Lage, Dich schnell in neue und technisch komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten, weißt zu priorisieren und Dich selbst zu organisieren
  • Idealerweise hattest Du bereits in der Vergangenheit mit einem Ticket-System z.B. Jira zu tun und auch der Umgang mit einem CRM-System z.B. Salesforce bereitet Dir keine Schwierigkeiten

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for our daily and monthly financial activities and fiscal record-keeping according to monthly and yearly close schedules together with the Head of Accounting
  • You will analyze various financial transfers/ processes to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly and yearly basis
  • You proactively assist in optimizing our in-department processes, such as the dunning process and international receivables management
  • You are going to manage and reconcile the deferred revenue reporting as well as being responsible for the preparation of monthly account reconciliations

Your profile:

  • You also have at least five years of relevant professional experience as an accountant or in a comparable position, additionally a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
  • The handling of the entire accounting cycle has gone into your DNA and you could already gain experience with popular accounting software (DATEV, Quickbooks, Netsuite, Exakt, etc.) and you are familiar with the implementation of certain tools such as Lucanet, ERP systems, and very deep knowledge of Excel.
  • You have advanced knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB) and experience with international accounting standards e.g. IFRS

The world of search is moving to mobile. Especially so for consumers who are searching for something they want to buy now. People don't just want to know what's available, they want to know what's available close to where they are.

For businesses that means that having a single corporate website is far from good enough. They need to have individual listings for the locations of their stores, branches, outlets, and agents, with accurate information about what they offer, how they are rated by customers, and how customers can find them. And they need to have the information available, and consistent, on every search engine, social media platform, digital map, and directory, that a potential customer may look at. Uberall helps companies like Saint-Gobain, Volvo, Lufthansa, myToys and hundreds more, to be visible to potential consumers across more than 50 search engines (Google, Bing), digital maps (Google Maps, Apple Maps, in-car Navigation Systems), social media platforms (Facebook, Foursquare), and directories (Yell, Yelp).

In total we handle 1 million individual locations across more than 100 different platforms. We are working with increasing numbers of large companies to help them understand the importance of location marketing, and what it could mean for their digital strategy.

Your role would be to talk to these companies about Location Marketing, find out how they solve this today, find out who are the right people to talk to and prepare meetings for your colleagues in Enterprise Sales. 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • SDRs are part of the sales organisation and support the sales teams that exist in our different European markets.
  • The SDR is the critical link between the marketing team and the sales team, talking to potential customers on the phone, over email and via social selling tools, with the goal of getting them to engage with our sales organisation and take a look at our technology.
  • You will be the first point of contact for a potential customer with Uberall, and the impression you leave is critical.
  • You will do research on companies and individuals to understand their specific needs for our solution.
  • You collaborate with marketing and sales to constantly improve the messaging we use and improve the performance of the team.

For our highly motivated and committed data quality team, we are looking for you in a permanent employment as a Data Quality Analyst (m/f/d). In this position you are responsible for ensuring that all of our processes will lead to a higher quality of the listings as well as customer and directory satisfaction beyond expectations.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You evaluate and analyse spatial data to identify patterns of low quality in order to improve our data
  • You work closely with our Product Team to develop, test and implement algorithmic improvements to our location data content and our platform itself
  • You are always looking for solutions by undertaking problem and root cause analysis. You ensure that any issues are addressed at the right source and you cooperate with the relevant stakeholders to drive necessary actions
  • You focus on data quality, best practices and providing insights about map requirements for the product and management teams
  • You drive the implementation of new data quality strategies from scratch (Inform – Influence – Develop – Implement – Execute – Evaluate)
  • You do not stop after processes are implemented – You always strive to enhance and improve those to the highest level
  • You are an expert in reporting the results of your actions and the related improvements to customers, partners and internal stakeholders

 

Your profile:

  • You show at least a minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in the maps industry or a field very close related to Geo-Location-Services (GLS)
  • You ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree related to business intelligence, analytics, data science or even geography
  • You are experienced in managing large data sets and show highly evolved analytical skills combined with a deep understanding of maps and map user experience
  • You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude and have the ability to prioritize tasks when dealing with a high workload
  • Your mindset it service-driven with a strong focus on process excellence, details and data quality
  • Your show excellent communication skills and you are a strong relationship builder in an international environment
  • You are comfortable to work primarily in English with our teams in Berlin, Amsterdam and Armenia

Your responsibilities

  • You ensure the trouble-free operation of our IT and communication systems and administer our internal client landscape (Mac) as well as our network infrastructure
  • You are the first person to contact when it comes to maintenance and development of our network (telephones, VOIP, etc.), clients (desktops, user rights, laptops, user management, etc.) and other hardware (mobile devices, printers, etc.)
