Security & compliance at Uberall

Last updated: June 3, 2025

Security isn’t an add-on. It’s built into everything we do.

We understand that when you trust us with your data, you expect it to be protected. That’s why we’ve designed our systems, infrastructure, and processes to meet high standards of security, privacy, and compliance — and we’ve got the credentials to back it up.

SOC 2: Independent proof of trust

Uberall is SOC 2 Type II certified — an industry-recognized standard for security, availability, and confidentiality.

This means our internal controls and systems have been independently assessed and verified by external auditors, based on strict AICPA Trust Services Criteria.

Our SOC 2 report is available to customers upon request.

How we keep data safe

  • Secure by design: Our infrastructure is built with modern security architecture and continuously monitored to detect and prevent threats.

  • Access controls: We apply the principle of least privilege across all systems, with enforced two-factor authentication (2FA) and SSO.

  • Data encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

  • Employee awareness: Every employee completes annual security and privacy training.

  • Vendor management: We only work with third-party providers that meet our security standards.

  • Resilient infrastructure: Data is encrypted and backed up across multiple availability zones, with auto-scaling systems that ensure performance during peak demand.

  • Incident response: A dedicated team monitors, investigates, and responds to any potential incidents 24/7.

Privacy-first

Uberall is committed to protecting customer data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other global privacy regulations. When we process personal data on behalf of our customers, it’s governed by our Data Protection Addendum (DPA), included in our standard terms.
