Bulk Upload

Description

General:

For creating several locations a Bulk Upload is recommended. To accomplish this please type in the data for all locations into our template. Its important that you stick to the template, so that the uploaded data is recognized correctly.

In the following you will find explanations regarding each field. Not all fields are mandatory, but its helpful if you specify as much information about your locations as possible to create rich profiles.

Optional fields


  • status

    • You can define the status of the location. It can be: active, cancelled, closed.
    Attention: the status 'closed' is definitive and cannot be changed.
    Example: active

  • addressExtra

    • You can provide additional information like floor number, mailboxes etc (max. 255 characters) for the location (Address line 2 on the location profile).
    Example: 1. Floor

  • fax

    • This is the fax number under which the location can be reached.Please note that the prefix has to be separated from the number with a space.
    You can also provide the fax number with a country code, e.g.
    +49 30 27572991.
    Example: +49 3843 22069


  • cellphone

    • The Mobile Phone number consisting of regional code and number separated by space. If you wish you can add the country code (e.g. +49 30 27572991). The cellphone number should be different from the phone number.
    Example: 0151 27572993

  • website

    • This the website of your company or location specific page. Please use the complete URL including http:// .
    Example: http://www.ambzentrum.de

  • email

    • This is the E-Mail address under which the location can be reached.
    Example: info@ambzentrum.de

  • descriptionShort

    • This is a short description of your business. Please do not use tab characters, additional rows, E-Mail addresses and URLs (max. 200 characters)
    Example: Ambulantes Zentrum in Güstrow helps you with all issues regarding physiotherapy.


  • descriptionLong

    • This is a long description of your business. Please do not use tab characters, additional rows, E-Mail addresses and URLs. The long description cannot exceed 1000 characters.
    Example: We offer holistic ambulatory physiotherapy. Thereby we focus on the therapy of orthopaedic, surgical and neurologic symptoms. Our large therapy team has a lot of experience and tries to keep up-to-date to ensure treatment on a high level.

  • openingHours

    • Those are the opening hours of your location. Please use the formatting explained below.

    Day(abbreviation)=hh:mm-hh:mm.
    To define an additional time span please use the symbol "&"

    Please provide information about the opening hours for every day. If the location is closed on a day, please only enter the abbreviation of that day. Please note that the days have to be separated with a semicolon. The Opening Hours must be provided in German.

    Notation: Day(Abbreviation)=hh:mm-hh:mm.

  • openingHoursNotes

    • Provide additional information regarding the opening hours (max. 255 characters)
    Example: On request we are there for you any time

  • keywords

    • Enter a maximum of 10 keywords (max. 64 characters) describing your business. Please use semicolons between the keywords.
    Example: Nutrition counselling;Health;medical gymnastics;lymph drainage;Physio therapy;Rehabilitation;Sports

  • logo

    • URL of the logo of the location. Please enter a publicly accessible URL. (One Logo per Location allowed)
    Example: http://www.ambzentrum.de/logo-p_2.png

  • squaredLogo

    • URL of the squared logo of the location. Please enter a publicly accessible URL. (One Squared Logo per Location allowed) Optional, if not defined, a squared logo will be automatically created from the logo.
    Example: http://www.ambzentrum.de/logo-p_2.png

  • photo

    • URLs of the pictures. Please enter publicly accessible URLs.
    Example: http://www.ambzentrum.de/logo-p_2.png;http://www.ambzentrum.de/mitarbeiter_az.jpg

  • landscape

    • URL of the landscape picture. Please enter a publicly accessible URL. The aspect ratio of the landscape picture must be 16:9. (one landscape picture per location).
    Example: http://www.ambzentrum.de/logo-p_2.png

  • brands

    • You can type a list of Brands separated by semicolon. Each one should have a max. of 64 characters
    Example: Galileo;Seirin

  • languages

    • You can type a list of spoken languages separated by semicolon. Each one should have a max. of 64 characters
    Example: German;English

  • services

    • You can type a list of services separated by semicolon. Each one should have a max. of 64 characters.
    Example: Nutrition counselling; Acupuncture

  • paymentOptions

    • You can type a list of accepted Payment Methods separated by semicolon. Each one should have a max. of 64 characters.
    Example: American Express;Mastercard;Visa

  • facebook

    • For the social profiles please name the column after the Social Media you want to enter. Currently we support: FACEBOOK, GOOGLEPLUS, LINKEDIN, TWITTER, YOUTUBE, XING, INSTAGRAM, FOURSQUARE, VINE, PINTEREST, VIMEO. Please enter a publicly accessible URL.
    Example: https://www.facebook.com/ambulanteszentrum?fref=ts

  • xing

    • For the social Profiles please name the column after the Social Media you want to enter.Currently we support: FACEBOOK, GOOGLEPLUS, LINKEDIN, TWITTER, YOUTUBE, XING, INSTAGRAM, FOURSQUARE, VINE, PINTEREST, VIMEO. Please enter a publicly accessible URL

  • videoType

    • Platform where your video is published (mandatory field for adding videos to your locations). Currently we support: YOUTUBE, VIMEO. For each video, please input the platform name in a new column with the number of the associated video ('videoType2', 'videoType3', etc.)
    Example: YOUTUBE

  • videoURL

    • URL of the video of the location (mandatory field for defining videos for the location). The URL must be publicly accessible. The URL must link to a video; links to a channel or user page are not accepted. Currently we support: Youtube, Vimeo. For each video, please input the corresponding url in a new column with the number of the associated video ('videoURL2', 'videoURL3', etc.)

  • videoDescription

    • Description of the video (max. 256 characters) (optional field). For each video, please input the corresponding description in a new column with the number of the associated video ('videoDescription2', 'videoDescription3', etc.)
    Example: This is a video about "Ambulantes Zentrum".
