Hundreds of brands like DHL, IHG, Puma or Domino’s are using Uberall to bring their Location Marketing strategy to life. In the United States and Canada, we market and sell to strategic partners, who make the Uberall solutions available to their customers.

 

The role:

You will support and develop our partner business in North America. A trusted ally and experienced digital marketing consultant to our partners, you will support all stages of the partner life cycle, including pre-sales. Your responsibilities will include partner development, training and onboarding of acquired channel and reseller partners. You will facilitate cross and upselling, enable our partners to generate more revenue by applying a targeted approach to their customers as well as supporting joint marketing activities. Leveraging your knowledge of the Uberall products as well as your partner’s business model, you add value to their organization and help them grow over time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a strategic book of business for Uberall channel and reseller partners in North America
  • Establish and maintain outstanding partner relationships and act as their proactive consultant through all stages of the partner lifecycle
  • Identify and help execute your partners’ upselling and cross-selling potential
  • Be a master educator, and enjoy training partners to sell and service Uberall products efficiently and effectively
  • Assess, escalate and resolve partner issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work with internal teams to ensure your partners’ targets and performance metrics are met
  • Introduce a regular cadence with each individual partner to present reviews and reporting
  • Present new features and iterations of our solution to your partners and keep them updated on new channel opportunities
  • Diligent maintenance of any required reporting and documentation, especially in Salesforce
  • Leverage your partners’ feedback to collaborate with internal departments on the ongoing improvement of partner related business processes
  • Represent Uberall at prospect and partner meetings and conferences

 

Your profile:

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 5 years experience in partner management, reseller client success, or account management, ideally related to software/SaaS products, online marketing products or (digital) business directories
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment
  • Ability to identify and drive new business opportunities with existing partners
  • Structured, detail-oriented & analytical approach
  • Strong consulting and negotiating skills
  • Extremely solution and service focussed, you are proactive and take charge of your professional responsibilities
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM, Excel and Keynote is essential
  • An excellent telephone manner for ongoing communication with partners
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional manner and presentable appearance for meeting prospects/partners
  • Project management skills

  • The ability to think strategically
  • The ability to analyse performance figures and write reports
