Uberall wins LSA 2019 Ad-to-Action Award

Uberall today announced it was awarded the Best Sales & Marketing Automation Platform for the 2019 Ad-to-Action Awards. The winners were announced on February 26 at LSA19 event in Dana Point, CA.

We’re excited to announce that Uberall has been awarded a 2019 Ad-to-Action award from the Local Search Association this week at the LSA19 Conference in Dana Point, California.

Uberall was chosen by the Local Search Association from a slate of 20 finalists for its annual awards, celebrating the best in local and online-to-offline marketing. The finalists reflect the most compelling campaigns, strategies and technologies in each of the categories. The original field included more than 80 submissions from media companies, agencies and technology providers from North America, Europe, India, Australia and Israel.

Uberall’s Ad-to-Action award, in the category of Sales & Marketing Automation, was awarded by a panel of judges from top tech and consumer-facing brands like Disney, Walmart, Moz, Verizon Media Services, Google, Yelp, and Amazon.

Carriage Services, a leading provider of professional funeral and cemetery services and products in the United States, has seen incredible growth in both SEO awareness and engagement as a result of using Uberall’s Location Marketing Cloud platform solution including; Listings, Engage, and Locator solutions.

Here are some of the results that led to this industry recognition:

  • Carriage Services enjoyed a remarkable 426% increase (rising to about 8.5 million from 1.5) in consumers clicking on its profiles on Google Search and Maps.
  • Carriage Services saw its visibility on Google Search and Maps increase by 25%.
  • Uberall and Carriage Services succeeded in boosting customer engagement, as customer reviews increased by over 17%.
  • Clicks on the Carriage Services website increased by a staggering 40%.
  • Consumer clicking to make a voice call to Carriage Services rose 31%.

“The local marketing industry is evolving at a neck-breaking pace,” said awards judge Ziv Koren, “and the only way to stay competitive is to constantly innovate. Innovation is the only court in which small startups can outplay online giants and the LSA awards provide such companies with a great stage to get exposure and recognition.” The judges choose the winners of the Ad-to-Action award based on the following criteria:

  • Uniqueness and innovation
  • Effectiveness and ability to generate intended outcomes
  • Ability to address advertiser problems or challenges
  • Ease of use or implementation
  • Potential/actual ROI

“The entries this year were robust and well thought through, which made the judging and comparison process challenging. The panel of judges certainly had their work cut out for them,” said Whitney Hart, SVP of Strategy, from Investis Digital.

The award winning customer story was from Carriage Services, a leading provider of professional funeral and cemetery services and products in the United States. “Carriage Services takes pride in building great partnerships and we are very blessed to work with such a great company. There is camaraderie in what we do and Uberall is deserving of the award. Congratulations to Uberall,” said Wayne Ha, Digital Projects Manager, with Carriage Services.

“We’re very excited about this recognition of our work with Carriage Services” said Uberall Co-CEO & Co-Founder, Florian Hübner. “We consider this an optimal deployment of Uberall’s Location Marketing Cloud platform solution, a three-pronged approach that allowed each of our modules to work together to ramp up local organic search results across Carriage Services’ nationwide locations, to increase their customer engagement via online reviews, and to optimize their business listings.”
